Objectives of the Technical Papers
Recommendations

Technical Papers should be of interest to the maritime and oil industry.
Proposed topics should be of high interest to the industry and if possible, show results of actual experiences in Terminals, Monobuoy systems, in manufacturing or laboratory results.

Do not perform any formula or equations; instead present your final results and specific conclusions from the referenced study.
Do not present any documentation that can´t be easily understood
Prepare and send the final presentation as soon as possible, so that the staff that will help us during the simultaneous translations can familiarize with your topic and terms
The presentation cannot mention negative aspects about the commercial competitors or another company in the industry.
If you are going to use technical information, videos or photographs of another company, you must present a written authorization before the submission deadline (July 31st). Otherwise the presentation will not be authorized by SLOM.
The speaker may use videos, photographs and power point presentation, with audio. This should be managed with the Logistic Operator.
